I have stayed here several times visiting my grandparents in Houston 43, always have a positive stay. Great price $75.00 for a room with living room. Ac is always cold, and parking is front of my door. Breakfast was good.

The couch was ripped. All the doors had cracks, there were holes in the walls and gnats. They had issueissuea finding my reservation and asked if I was even at the right hotel. I have them the conformation number and got the room. A few hours later the front desk called the room questioning how many people were in the room.. 4 adults 2 kids. Just like the reservation said, they asked if we were partying because they seen a lot of people, they were watching us on camera. Told us if we had extra people they needed to leave. We had no one extra and had to explain who was all in the room 3 or 4 times. That alone ruined my visit.

I show up and this hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It was dirty, it smelled like someone had smoke in it. And the locks on the door were broken. I could hear outside and guest between the walls. I’m very disappoint with the complimentary breakfast. It want very much to offer and it was small. I checked out the earliest possible.

I will not be staying at again. I was in room 222. The toilet was never cleaned. They had dry urine one the floor and around the bottom of toilet. I had to go to the store to but bleach and lysol. I was very upset. The clerk told us he didn't have anymore double beds in non-smoking only single. Which i couldn't due to kids. The room needed to be painted again. Nothing but chipped paint areas all in the walls. The location was a little scary.
